Click on pictures to enlarge 2016 marks the beginning of another year of quilt shows. Our first show this year is in Fort Myers, FL at the Southwest Florida Quilter's Guild show. We set up in a big civic center. Even got to drive our cars into the building and unload at our booth. What a treat! Part of the challenge of setting up on the road is getting all of your merchandise into the building over rough terrain, up ramps, over thresholds, through narrow doors, freight elevators and all sorts of obstacles. Sometimes we have to push our loaded dollies a long distance to the loading areas. The weather is always a big question mark. We've unloaded in the rain and the snow and extreme heat. Thankfully conditions for this set up were just about perfect and we got to enjoy a beautiful Florida sunset at the end of the day
